Online Ordering Information:

Online ordering via our secure online shopping cart system is the fastest and most efficient way in which to place an order with Baristatools.Net. It is so simple to order online by browsing Baristatools.Net and adding your desired products to our shopping cart system by clicking on the 'buy' button next to the item you would like to purchase. As you continue to shop our shopping cart facility will continue to hold your items and once you are satisfied with your order, at total price and set shipping price will be calculated for your review. You can then submit your order for immediate processing. The order will then be packed and dispatched to the delivery address provided, with orders placed after 3pm aest being despatched the next business day.

Security:

Returns Policy:

Baristatools.Net offers a “free 30 day returns” policy on all items. No refunds will be given if the wrong choice of product is made or if there is “a change of mind”; however, an in store credit will be given up to 30days of the invoice date. The purchaser is responsible for selecting the correct item for their application.

Shipping charges for returns will be charged after the 30 day period for returns that fall outside the product warranty schedule stated below. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within seven days of receipt. Lost packages and shipping claims must be reported by you to both Baristatools.Net and to the freight carrier used.

Warranty Terms:

We warrant that:

·         the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and

·         the Product will conform with the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on www.Baristatools.Net or in our Product material at the time of your Order.

The Product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on the www.Baristatools.Net or as on the Product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the Product strictly in accordance with those instructions.

We try very hard to deliver Products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the Product is faulty, you agree to keep the Product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time.

In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty Product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the Product, including:

·         you specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the Product is damaged or defective; and

·         you providing us with the delivery note number and such other information as we reasonably require.

If you would like us to replace or provide a refund for the Product where it did conform to the applicable Contract (confirmed order) and we find that the Product has:

·         been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or

·         been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or

·         been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Product; or

·         deteriorated through normal wear and tear

 

After delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

 

The free return policy on items accompanies all purchases, unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please email us at contactus@baristatools.net for further instructions. The Customer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to Baristatools.Net outside of the 30day period unless it has been found that the customer has;

 

·         misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or

·         been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or

·         been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Product; or

·         deteriorated through normal wear and tear

 

It is a requirement that all products are returned in original packaging and good care is taken when packaging to ensure no damage occurs in transit.

Equipment Warranty - Coffee machines, grinders and hot chocolate machines

Baristatools.Net offer a full 12month parts and labor warranty on all espresso coffee machine's and grinders. All espresso machines and grinders are tested and "run up" before shipping to ensure they are in full, correct working order. In the event that there is an equipment failure and a warranty claim is made, the following process will followed;

  • Customer notifies Baristatools.Net via email, Contatus@Baristatools.Net or by phone, (07) 3901 4519
  • Baristatools.Net will notify the customer of an approved preferred technical repairer in their region
  • Customer is required to drop off / freight the equipment to the repairer at their expense
  • The technician will assess the claim and contact Baristatools.Net for approval to carry out repairs
  • If deemed that the repairs are not a parts fault, Baristatools.Net will contact the customer and advise them of the cost of parts and labor and seek permission to proceed with the repair
  • If the repair is covered by warranty, Baristatools.net will reimburse the customer of any freight costs to and from the repairer

This warranty is void if it is found the equipment has;

  • been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or
  • been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or
  •  been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Product; or
  • deteriorated through normal wear and tear

Shipping / Delivery:

Our products are delivered by Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express service. A unique tracking number will be emailed to the purchaser regardless of their chosen shipping / delivery method. ALL orders are traceable and require a signature upon receipt. Orders are shipped the same day if payment is received before 3pm aest Monday to Friday or the next business day payment has been received after 3pm aest. In the event that the goods are returned to us as “undeliverable” for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. If orders are then cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.

This service is provided by Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) and shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checking out based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. This delivery option is best suited to urgent orders. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within the next 2-3 business days.

Once dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you, and to ensure full traceability your order will need to be signed for upon delivery

Economy Shipping - 1 – 5 days Delivery Time

Australia Post eParcel Regular; Registered and Traceable

This service is provided by Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) and shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checking out based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within the next 3-5 business days.

Once dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you, and to ensure full traceability your order will need to be signed for upon delivery.

International Orders:

We do accept international orders; please contact us at Contactus@Baristatools.Net to find out more. All orders will be packaged and shipped as per the Australian Government and Australian Customs policy. DHL is our preferred shipper.
